DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Preparation and registration of documents with the Registrar of Companies for corporate changes.

Preparation and submission of Annual Reports HE32 to the Registrar of Companies.

Preparation of various documents, letters, etc.

Preparation and submission of social insurance.
-
Preparation and submission of defences and leases.
-
Submission of beneficial owners of companies.
-
Carrying out other relevant tasks of the department.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Outlook).

Good knowledge of Greek and English writing and language.

Excellent communication skills.

Efficient time management.
