Our client, a reputable construction company, is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Office Administrator to support the operations in Limassol. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining efficient administrative processes, assisting with financial and personnel-related activities, and ensuring the workplace functions effectively on a day-to-day basis. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Oversee routine administrative activities and provide general office support.
  • Respond to telephone calls, electronic communications, and inquiries from clients, suppliers, and visitors.
  • Organize, update, and safeguard company documentation, records, and databases.
  • Assist with bookkeeping-related tasks and the preparation of financial documents when required.
  • Contribute to employee administration activities, including onboarding and personnel record management.
  •  Monitor office inventory levels and coordinate the procurement and maintenance of workplace supplies and equipment.
  • Provide administrative assistance for projects and support the preparation and management of related documentation.
  • Help maintain an efficient, professional, and well-organized office environment.
CANDIDATE PROFILE 
  • Degree or diploma in Business Management, Accounting, Administration, or another relevant discipline.
  • Prior experience in an administrative, office support, or coordination position.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong planning, prioritization, and time-management capabilities.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Greek will be considered beneficial.
  •  Ability to work independently, manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously, and maintain a high level of accuracy.
SALARY AND BENEFITS
  • €18,000 - €22,000 Gross Per Annum
  • Salary will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and skills. The advertised salary range is indicative, any offer will reflect the successful candidate’s suitability.
