On behalf of our client, an International Accounting & Advisory firm in Malta, GRS Recruitment is seeking an Office Management / Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will provide general office management support, clerical support in different service lines as well as ad hoc reception duties. This role is perfect for someone with previous administrative or office support experience. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process invoices, bookkeeping, maintaining budget book
- Supporting procurement and vendor management
- Booking flights, accommodation, visa applications and travel insurance
- Scheduling meetings when required
- Booking external vendors when required
- Assisting office maintenance, upkeep & facility servicing
- Support organising internal & external events
- Help in coordinating & recording fire drills
- Supporting supplier relationship management Service Line Duties:
- Supporting service lines with clerical duties from time to time depending on season and workload.
- Preparing Audit
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Good standard of education, preferably at Advanced Level
- Qualifications in administration or secretarial subjects would be considered an asset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel
- Excellent communication skills in English (understanding Maltese is considered an asset)
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Able to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Be a good team player and a people person
- Pleasant personality with a client-oriented mindset
- Flexibility to accommodate the firm’s work exigencies
SALARY AND BENEFITS
- €17,000 - €20,000 Gross Per Annum.
- Salary will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and skills. The advertised salary range is indicative, any offer will reflect the successful candidate’s suitability.
