MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Carrying out final quality checks on client files and internal documentation
- Reviewing information to ensure it is accurate, complete and consistent
- Ensuring company procedures and internal standards are followed
- Identifying and resolving errors, discrepancies or missing information
- Supporting advisers with the preparation and submission of new business applications and relevant documentation
- Maintaining accurate client records, reports and internal systems
- Liaising with internal departments to resolve queries and ensure processes run smoothly
- Supporting internal projects and wider business initiatives
- Providing general day-to-day administrative support to the office
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to your work
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- The ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- The ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team
- Previous experience within financial services, wealth management, investments or a similar environment is advantageous, but full training will be provided
