A well-standing law firm based in Nicosia is working in partnership with GRS Recruitment to hire an Office Administrator/ Personal Assistant to join their offices. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Handling telephone calls and correspondence (emails, letters, etc.)
  • Organizing the lawyer’s schedule/ updating appointments
  • Drafting and typing of documents
  • Office organization and management of files and records
  • Communication with partners/clients
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • 1-3 years of previous working experience in a similar role
  • Fluency in Greek and English, both written and verbal
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Collaborative and pleasant personality
