MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES

  • Management and coordination of the administrative operation of the office
  • Coordination of the Executives’ schedules, calendars and appointments
  • Preparation of internal documents as required by the Executives
  • Management of incoming and outgoing mail in a professional manner
  • Answering and transferring of incoming calls to the intended persons
  • Welcome and greet clients, office guests, visitors and provide support
  • Performance of other duties as requested

CANDIDATE PROFILE 

  • Mandatory Excellent knowledge of the Russian and English Languages
  • Very good organizational and communication skills
  • Excellent Computer Skills (MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PDF)
  • Responsible and Trustworthy
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Attention to detail and effective time management
