GRS is seeking a highly organised Office Administrator & Personal Assistant to join a dynamic and fast-paced Forex company in Limassol. In this key role, you’ll support senior management— including the CEO—while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with decision-makers and contribute to a high-performing, growing company.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES
  • Managing calendars, meetings, travel, and internal/external communications
  • Coordinating office operations, supplies, vendors, and onboarding
  • Preparing documents, reports, and supporting team efficiency
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Detail-oriented with strong communication and multitasking skills
  • Discreet and professional, with a proactive, hands-on approach
  • Previous experience in Forex or financial services is a major plus
