On behalf of our client, a successful international Fintech company based in Limassol, GRS Recruitment are seeking  a Russian Speaking Office Manager/PA.  The successful candidate will have minimum 2 years proven experience in a PA role, a degree in business administration or related, and strong organisational and time management skills.  If you are interested in joining a thriving company with space for growth, then this is the job for you!  We look forward to receiving your CV for this Limassol based Russian Speaking Office Manager/PA role.  
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly
  • Provide support to the CEO, Operations manager and other senior managers.
  • Provide full travel-related support.
  • Develop office policies and procedures, and ensure they are implemented appropriately
  • Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements, and design and implement new systems
  • Liaising with any suppliers or external partners of the company
  • Conducting or preparing any research that CEO and managers may require
  • Provide administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, doing research, and creating reports
  • Assist the CEO in all day–to-day business and personal activities.
  • Running errands.
  • Maintain the CEO’s calendar and daily schedule by arranging appointments, meetings, engagements, and daily activities.
  • Dealing with correspondence and composing correspondence.
  • Observing best business practices and etiquette.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Degree in business administration, communications, or a related field
  • 2-5 years of work experience in an administrative/office management role
  • Must have exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize
  • Must be a self-starter and driven
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and Google products
  • Fluent English and Russian is a must, and Greek considered as an advantage
