On behalf of our client, a leading software development company, we are currently seeking to recruit an Office Secretary to join their expanding Limassol team. This role will see you assist with the organization and smooth running of the company’s daily administrative operations. As an Office Secretary, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, supporting management and colleagues, and maintaining an efficient and professional office environment.
 
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Maintain order and structure within the workplace, promoting a professional environment
  • Provide general administrative support to management and colleagues
  • Perform receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and handling incoming communications
  • Sort, distribute, and manage correspondence promptly
  • Create, update, and maintain records, ensuring accuracy and validity
  • Handle phone calls and emails, redirecting as appropriate
  • Schedule appointments and make travel arrangements for management and team members
  • Assist with organizing and supervising company events
  • Monitor office supplies and manage shortages
  • Respond to office-related issues or malfunctions and support resolutions
  • Document expenses and submit reports accurately and on time
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers, associates, and colleagues
  • Deliver and collect documents, parcels, stationery, and other office materials
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant
  • Strong familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office; fluent in English and Greek
  • Professional, trustworthy, and discreet
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
  • Driving license
