MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES

Review customer applications and supporting documents to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Verify customer identification and KYC (Know Your Customer) documents.

Conduct real-time video verifications for authorized person ID verification.

Update and maintain accurate customer information in the CRM system.

Follow up with customers to gather additional required information.

Ensure all account opening procedures comply with institutional policies and applicable laws.

Respond to customer inquiries professionally and promptly.

Monitor accounts and transactions for suspicious activities, ensuring plausibility.

Request and review additional supporting documentation from clients to analyze transactional activity.

Accurately document decisions in the CRM system and relevant tools.

Collaborate closely with the compliance department to ensure regulatory alignment.

Assist with additional back-office duties as required.

Report directly to the Head of First Line operations.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Proven experience in account opening within financial institutions.

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

Fluency in English (both spoken and written) is essential.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.

Understanding of AML laws, with relevant certifications being advantageous.

Collaborative and proactive attitude, able to work well in a team environment.
