MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in developing and maintaining social media registers and content calendars for different markets and brands.

Support the team in identifying and addressing potential threats to the company’s online reputation.

Participate in content creation efforts, including social media posts, blog articles, images, and videos.

Engage with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn) and manage customer support inquiries related to online reputation.

Collaborate with design teams to create visually engaging content that aligns with brand identity.

Utilize AI tools to enhance content creation and ORM strategies.

Monitor online reviews, social media channels, and other feedback sources, escalating issues where necessary.

Learn and apply SEO best practices to support reputation management efforts.

Work closely with team members to track trends and contribute to creative strategy development.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Must have at least 2 years of experience in the forex or gaming industry, preferably in social media or customer support worlds.

Strong content creation skills with attention to detail.

Basic understanding of AI tools and their application in content creation.

Proficiency with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn).

Creative mindset with a passion for visual storytelling and digital content.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

A team player with a willingness to learn and contribute to various aspects of the team’s growth.

Basic knowledge of SEO, ORM, and analytics tools is an advantage.
