GRS Recruitment is seeking highly organised, people-focused, and confident individuals to join a fast-paced international environment based in Limassol. We are currently looking for a proactive Operations Coordinator to support daily security operations, ensuring seamless coordination between teams, vessels, and global stakeholders. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on responsibility, strong communication, and problem-solving, and enjoys working within a dynamic 24/7 rotational schedule.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate and monitor security personnel movements across all departments, including embarkations, disembarkations, and replacements, ensuring compliance with operational procedures.

Accurately report completed movements and operational updates to the Duty Officer and relevant stakeholders.

Manage operational communications across emails, chat platforms, and group channels involving team leaders, security personnel, agents, and vessels.

Support operational and HR-related needs of security guards, including travel arrangements, documentation, transportation, and contracts.

Operate the after-hours Operations Call Centre, responding professionally to urgent matters and escalating issues when required.

Handle time-sensitive requests from managers and supervisors, including travel revisions and coordination with guards, agents, and vessels.

Ensure inspections are conducted according to procedures, report discrepancies, and coordinate follow-up actions where necessary.

Collect and relay incident information from vessels or ports to the Duty Officer for further action.

Assist with urgent medical or operational cases and coordinate provisions and essential support requests.

Maintain accurate daily documentation, reports, and operational records.

Support upcoming operational activities, including seal check preparations and system updates.

Ensure clear and detailed handovers between shifts to maintain operational continuity.

Perform additional operational duties as assigned.
