DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Website Management: Oversee and maintain multiple company websites, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
- Website Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues affecting website functionality in collaboration with IT and external vendors.
- Website Project Management: Assist in the planning and execution of new website projects, coordinating between stakeholders and developers.
- CRM Administration: Work across multiple CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy, system integrity, and usability for various teams.
- CRM Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of all CRM functionalities and workflows, serving as the go-to expert for troubleshooting and training.
- Payment System Support: Address and resolve issues related to payment processing on company websites, ensuring seamless transactions.
- Reporting & Analytics: Generate reports for management on call activity, sales performance, and other key business metrics.
- Financial Assistance: Provide support in minor financial reporting and data analysis as needed.
- Sales Coordination: Coordinate with various sales heads to help circumvent mistakes.
