MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to drive growth and profitability in the licensed activities.

Identify market opportunities and trends to enhance the Company’s offerings.

Collaborate with the board to align strategies with overall business objectives.

Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.

Manage the services lifecycle, including development, pricing, and positioning.

Monitor market conditions and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Develop and implement client retention and acquisition strategies.

Address and resolve client issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of professionals.

Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.

Set performance goals and conduct regular performance evaluations.

Identify and mitigate risks associated with the activities.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies for the organization.

Develop and implement risk management frameworks and strategies.

Monitor and analyze the financial performance of the licensed category.

Prepare and present regular reports on category performance to the board.

Develop and manage the category budget to achieve financial targets
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Educated to bachelor’s degree in finance/economics /business administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant professional certification is preferred.

Extensive experience in capital markets with licensed entities.

License of passing CISI (SCA) exams (Required)

Proven track record of developing and implementing successful strategies.

Excellent time management and organizational skills
