A well-established global bank is working in partnership with GRS to recruit an Operations Officer to join their growing Limassol team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in banking operations, with exposure to AML/KYC procedures and client onboarding and will be fluent in both Greek and English. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide daily operational support to the Operations Department, including processing banking transactions.

Handle client onboarding, ensuring compliance with AML/KYC regulations.

Ensure familiarity with and adherence to Cypriot and EU banking regulations.

Coordinate with internal teams to support operational workflows efficiently.

Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal policies.

Contribute to problem-solving and continuous improvement within the operations team.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Law, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in banking operations, payments, AML/KYC compliance, or client onboarding.

Fluent in Greek and English (written and spoken).

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Team-oriented, detail-focused, and proactive.

Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
