On behalf of our client, a well-established and well-known Forex Broker, GRS are seeking a Partner Relations Officer to join their team in Limassol. The successful candidate will be reporting to the Group Head of Partner Relations and will be executing the Partner relation strategy, working with new and existing partners. Additionally working closely with both the Commercial and Operational teams to ensure delivery of the Partner product is executed to a high level. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Onboard Partners for all Group entities in accordance with the relevant AML & KYC requirements

Ensuring that Onboarding applications, Agreements, and rebate structures setup are in line with management guidelines

Collaborate with various departments (commercial, onboarding, payments and compliance)

Provide ongoing support to Partners, including investigating any complaints related to Partner's Portal, rebates commission.

Assist with any operational issues such as rebates allocated to wallet, Client assignment to Partner.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

University degree in Business Administration or relevant field.

Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage.
