DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring their satisfaction and engagement with the company’s offerings.

Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and retention.

Proactively identify clients’ needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their trading experience.

Keep clients informed about new products, market trends, promotions, and events.

Monitor and analyze client activity to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products and services.

Resolve client issues and concerns promptly and effectively, collaborating with internal teams as needed.

Assist clients with account-related inquiries, platform navigation, and trading support.

Work closely with the sales, support, and compliance teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

Provide insights and feedback to management on client needs, preferences, and market trends.

Meet or exceed individual and team KPIs related to client retention, satisfaction, and revenue generation.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Proven experience as a Relationship Manager, Account Manager, or similar role, ideally within the forex or financial services industry.

In-depth understanding of forex trading, financial markets, and related products (CFDs, Spread Betting, etc.).

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a client-focused approach.

Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Fluency in English is essential; additional language proficiency is a strong advantage.

Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets.
