On behalf of our client, GRS are seeking to recruit an experienced Pathology Specialist to work within a highly specialised pathology department in Denmark’s Capital Region. The Department offers a well-functioning and streamlined laboratory, including a molecular biology laboratory with many options. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience as a Pathologist and be interested in gastrointestinal pathology. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Performing specimen analysis by using laboratory tools and equipment, in order to study samples and perform tests to accurately analyze bodily fluids and tissue specimens.

Look for abnormalities in samples that evidence disease and conveying this information to the relevant medical practitioner.

Use checklists, medical software, and retesting to get thorough and precise results.

Suggest potential treatment options.

Write pathology reports detailing specimens tested, results of tests, and the final diagnosis.

Undertake research to improve identification and testing methods and finding innovative ways to treat disease.
