An iGaming company led by experienced industry professionals are working in partnership with GRS Recruitment to hire a Payments & Accounting Administrator for their Limassol based team. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Process and manage incoming and outgoing payments
  • Perform bank reconciliation
  • Look after the AR and AP ensuring everything is done in time.
  • Deal with the accounting, reviewing and administrative support of the team
  • Keeping digital archives up to date at all times
  • Co-operate smoothly with the rest of the Team – through daily, weekly and monthly meetings, discussion of plans etc.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
  • Being able to do all tasks regarding invoicing, payments, bookkeeping, VAT, accounting and provide any support during financial audits.
  • Perform any other ad hoc task, as required from the management.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or in any other relevant field
  • Previous working experience in a similar position working with payments
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Systems: QuickBooks, Xero, Microsoft Office
