MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Prepares and processes the payroll (weekly, fortnightly and/or monthly)
  • Communicates with clients to get the information needed for preparation of payroll
  • Updates and maintains payroll records
  • Maintains leave, sickness, and overtime reports
  • Interprets awards/agreements and contracts in relation to overtime and other allowances
  • Undertakes necessary payroll reporting to meet statutory obligations
  • Calculates and processes of termination payments
  • Processes increases and calculation of back pays
  • Reconciles payroll accounts
  • Generates contracts of employment for new hires
  • Prepares all paperwork needed for the immigration and social insurance procedures
  • Submits income tax employer's return (TD7)
  • Prepares the Emolument Certificates (TD63)
  • Cooperates with other departments and management as necessary
  • Visits governmental authorities, clients and banks as necessary 
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, Management Science, Accounting and Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or any other related field
  • LCCI Higher holder OR Certified Accounting Technician (CAT) qualification holder will be considered an advantage
  • Computer literacy
  • Good personality with strong organizational skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English language
  • Eager to constantly learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
