MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepares and processes the payroll (weekly, fortnightly and/or monthly)

Communicates with clients to get the information needed for preparation of payroll

Updates and maintains payroll records

Maintains leave, sickness, and overtime reports

Interprets awards/agreements and contracts in relation to overtime and other allowances
-
Undertakes necessary payroll reporting to meet statutory obligations
-
Calculates and processes of termination payments
-
Processes increases and calculation of back pays
-
Reconciles payroll accounts
-
Generates contracts of employment for new hires
-
Prepares all paperwork needed for the immigration and social insurance procedures
-
Submits income tax employer's return (TD7)
-
Prepares the Emolument Certificates (TD63)
-
Cooperates with other departments and management as necessary
-
Visits governmental authorities, clients and banks as necessary
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, Management Science, Accounting and Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or any other related field

LCCI Higher holder OR Certified Accounting Technician (CAT) qualification holder will be considered an advantage

Computer literacy
-
Good personality with strong organizational skills and ability to work in a team.

Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English language

Eager to constantly learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
