MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBITLIES
- Proactively oversee transaction activity across multiple Payment Service Providers (PSPs) to identify anomalies or processing issues in real-time.
- Investigate suspicious user behavior using SEON and internal tools, taking timely action on fraud-related alerts and flags.
- Detect emerging fraud trends or abuse of the redemption system, escalate concerns appropriately, and recommend adjustments to rules and parameters to mitigate risk.
- Analyze data to identify early patterns of fraud, working to reduce false positives and minimize unnecessary financial losses.
- Prepare regular reports on payments and fraud performance, including transaction volumes, acceptance/decline rates, fees, reserves, and related KPIs.
- Monitor conversion rates and analyze decline reasons, collaborating with PSP partners to optimize payment routing and approval rates.
- Provide support for day-to-day payout operations, ensuring timely and accurate transaction handling.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Prior experience in iGaming, fintech, or other high-risk payment environments is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of fraud prevention strategies, risk monitoring, and chargeback management processes.
- Hands-on experience with tools like SEON for fraud detection. Familiarity with PaymentIQ or similar payment gateways is a significant advantage.
- Understanding of sweepstakes or social casino mechanics is a strong plus.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, reconciling financial data, and interpreting payment/fraud KPIs.
