MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Handling and monitoring clients’ deposits, withdrawals, transfers making sure they are carried out as per relevant regulations and guidelines

Update the CRM and Platform systems with relevant information

Liaise with Back Office Manager for any issues
-
Handle any client requests/complaints and perform a timely investigation
-
Assisting Onboarding/Support in replying to client queries
-
Collaborate/Assist the Compliance and Risk Team regarding specific clients
-
Conciliating with customers and service providers on payment issues via different channels
-
Report to the Payments Team Leader
-
Other ad-hoc duties as per management’s request
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
University or College Degree in Business, Economics, Finance or another relevant field
-
At least a year’s experience in a relevant position in the Finance industry will be considered an advantage
-
Computer literacy with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (particularly, Excel).

Fluency in English, both written and verbal. Fluency in any other language will be considered an advantage
-
Experience in a client facing position will be considered an advantage
-
A team player with excellent communication skills
-
Ability to work in shifts (Monday-Friday 08:00-16:00, 10:00-18:00, 12:30-20:30).
