Our client, a family run FMCG company with over 1100 employees is currently working alongside GRS to recruit a Payroll Administrator to join their growing team. This is a full-time position and covers the processing of payrolls for all employees, in order to be successful in this role you must have proven experience with various payroll software with an ability to meet strict deadlines. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 
  • Prepare accurate calculations
  • Processing payroll calculation, throughout the whole process on a monthly basis
  • Assist employees with any payroll-related queries
  • Adhering to relevant local regulations and tax laws.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • 6months to 12 months previous experience in payroll
  • Experienced user of Shire burn Indigo
  • Knowledge of Maltese payroll procedures
  • Knowledge of Maltese employment law
  • Extensive knowledge of Excel
  • Fluency in English & Maltese
