GRS are working with a corporate services company focused providing outsourcing service solutions to their corporate clients across Malta. Our client is currently seeking to recruit a Payroll Coordinator to be based in their offices. The ideal candidate should have at least 1-2 years’ experience in payroll, be organized, timely and a good communicator. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist in payroll calculation, throughout the whole process, on a monthly basis
  • Assist employees with any payroll-related queries
  • Liaise with the Commissioner for Revenue in relation to monthly and annual submissions within stipulated deadlines
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly payroll reports and any NSO reports, as required
  • Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and work closely with the auditors to ensure the completion of a timely audit
  • Other duties as assigned by management
CANDIDATE PROFILE  
  • Previous experience working in payroll administration is required.
  • Good command of English language spoken and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, payroll systems and database software.
  • Excellent communication, organizational and multitasking skills are mandatory.
