MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Process monthly payroll in our payroll software system and payments to authorities.

Ensure payroll processes comply with local tax regulations and statutory requirements.

Maintain and update employee payroll records, including personal details, salary information, deductions, and adjustments.

Respond clients regarding inquiries regarding payroll issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.

Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure all documentation is up to date and stored secure
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

2 - 4 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably within a client-services or payroll outsourcing environment.

Proficiency with payroll software is a plus.

Excellent communication, analytical and organization skills.
-
Fluent in English and Greek.
