MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBITLIES
  • Processing payroll for multiple clients including calculations, deductions and adjustments
  • Ensuring compliance with tax regulations and labour laws
  • Managing benefits administration and coordinating with HR departments
  • Maintaining precise and up to date payroll records and reports
  • Addressing employee payroll inquiries and resolving discrepancies
  • Collaborating with colleagues to optimise payroll processes and client satisfaction
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • A certificate in payroll administration
  • Previous experience in payroll processing and administration
  • Proficiently in payroll software and MS office applications, especially Excel
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and problem solving abilities
  • High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information
