DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement effective performance marketing strategies aimed at driving traffic and conversions.

Analyze marketing performance metrics to determine the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize campaign performance and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

Manage digital advertising budgets and allocate resources effectively across various channels.

Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats within the Forex/Fintech sector.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

3+ years of experience in performance marketing or digital acquisition

Strong analytical skills and experience using reporting tools (e.g. Google Analytics, GTM)

Proven track record in optimizing campaigns for ROI and conversions

Experience with tracking and attribution models, and the ability to interpret performance data

Strategic thinker with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns

Strong collaboration and communication skills

Previous experience in the Forex or Financial Services industry will be considered a plus

Fluency in English
