The successful candidate must be near-native in English, oral and written and with 1+ year/s of office management experience. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Answering phone calls.

Liaising with clients.

Scheduling appointments.

Assisting with office administrative tasks.

Maintaining and updating files and safekeeping documents
-
Assisting with preparing various forms related to business.
-
Organizing pending tasks, reminders, follow up task.

Assisting with basic bookkeeping of the company.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Executive Administrative Assistance and Personal Assistance skills.
-
Experience in diary management and clerical skills.
-
Knowledge in basic accounting will be considered an advantage.

English is a must. Greek and/or Russian, both considered an advantage.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Strong attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
