The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of the firm, ensuring smooth and efficient administrative functioning. Key responsibilities include managing telephony communications with professionalism, coordinating meetings and travel logistics, liaising with suppliers to ensure timely service delivery, providing a polished front-of-house experience, and delivering comprehensive administrative support to the legal team. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Professionally manage all incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring inquiries are directed appropriately and accurate messages are taken with discretion.

Organise and coordinate meetings, manage calendars, arrange travel, and oversee courier and delivery logistics.

Serve as the main contact for various suppliers, placing and managing orders, and ensuring timely delivery of services and goods essential to office operations.

Deliver a professional front-of-house experience, welcoming clients and visitors, managing the reception area, and handling all mail and deliveries.

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the legal team. Tasks include document preparation, filing, data entry, maintaining office supplies, and other general administrative duties as required.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and courteous telephone manner.

Strong interpersonal abilities, demonstrating a welcoming and client-focused attitude.

Proven organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.

High attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.

Previous experience in a similar administrative or personal assistant role, ideally within a legal or professional services setting.

Proficiency in office software and systems (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, calendar management tools).

Discreet, reliable, and proactive, with the ability to handle confidential information appropriately.

Fluency in Greek and English, both written and verbal
