MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for providing general clerical support

Managing phone communications

Assisting executives with administrative tasks

Daily tasks include scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and managing office supplies

Coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and providing excellent customer service to patients and staff
CANDIDATE PROFILE

High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary are a plus

Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
