MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Ability to maintain confidentiality, high level of discretion and judgment.

Handling sensitive information in a confidential manner.

Covering the reception desk.

Picking up the mail, sorting, scanning and distributing mail to Manager.

Answering the phone and emails in a professional manner, and passing them on.

Making arrangement for collaborators if needed.

Running errands outside the office which may include travel to other cities.

Energetic, motivated and very well organized.

Answering telephone calls politely and professionally.

Assisting the Manager with secretarial duties.

General administrative duties.

Managing diaries and appointments if necessary.

Ability to work on own initiative and capable of organizing and prioritizing workload in order to meet timescales.

Maintaining suitable and sufficient office stationery and equipment supplies.

Photocopying, scanning, faxing, sending emails and typing.

Greeting visitors to the office.
-
Monitoring inventory, office stock and ordering supplies as necessary.

Typing documents and distributing memos.

Excellent grammar, spelling and computer skills.

Strong organizational, planning and time management skills.

Various administration duties.

All Administration / secretarial duties involved in the company.

Prepared and organized paperwork and other material for meetings and conferences, travel arrangements and expenses report.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.

Background in the logistics industry is highly preferred.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

A proactive and positive attitude towards work.

Valid driving license.
