MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage daily front desk operations and ensure a welcoming environment.
- Oversee the reception team and coordinate their duties effectively.
- Handle client inquiries and provide information about the company’s services.
- Maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction at all times.
- Manage bookings, appointments, and any required administrative tasks.
- Assist with any additional responsibilities that support the business needs.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Secondary education certificate or equivalent.
- Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 3 years in a customer-facing role.
- At least 1 year in a supervisory or team leader position .
- Previous experience in hotel front office, or luxury hospitality environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiar with CRM and booking systems.
- Accurate cash handling and reconciliation skills .
- Basic knowledge of maritime terminology and berthing procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication - Fluent in English
- Confident and courteous telephone manner .
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proven ability to manage guest expectations and resolve conflicts .
- Experience in handling VIP clients or high-net-worth individuals.
- Strong team leadership and motivational skills.
- Ability to manage rotas, delegate tasks, and monitor team performance .
- Experience conducting staff training or onboarding.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- First aid or fire safety training.
