You will be part of a dynamic reception team of five, working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment, and playing a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As part of your role, you will also take on some supervisory duties, including:

Organising boat parking arrangements

Acting as the main liaison with the Coast Guard

Providing support and communication to customers

Assisting with the planning and coordination of events

Managing appointment bookings and scheduling
This role operates on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays. The shift pattern is as follows:
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role

Fluency in English is essential; additional languages will be considered a strong advantage

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a must

Strong communication and customer service skills

Organised, proactive, and able to multitask effectively

Willingness to work in a shift-based, team-oriented environment

Full in-house training will be provided for internal booking systems
