MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Implement procedures for operating production machinery and managing human resources, waste management, leaks, or other processes in compliance with company requirements and production needs.

Monitor the operation of machinery during shifts, ensuring correct adjustments to various operational parameters (pressures, temperatures, gas flows, etc.) according to the production manager's instructions.

Monitor and document product quality parameters and adjust operational settings to meet Quality Assurance Department goals.

Perform quality control analyses on cement, clinker, raw materials, and ground coal parameters.

Oversee additional facility and equipment parameters, such as motor temperatures, lubricant temperatures, etc., for which the operator is responsible.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

University degree in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering.

Strong computer literacy

Excellent command of the Greek and English languages

Flexibility to work in shifts (and/or other flexible hours during unit shutdowns)
