As Platform Engineer, you'll be responsible for ensuring the entire ecosystem remains stable, scalable and secure.
You'll own production reliability while helping extend and improve the systems that power customer engagement and revenue generation.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Production Ownership

Maintain and improve critical production systems.

Monitoring, Alerting & Reliability

Implement meaningful observability, telemetry and monitoring solutions.

Build dashboards and reporting that provide actionable insights.

Improve platform resilience and fault tolerance.
Incident Response & Troubleshooting

Investigate and resolve production issues quickly and calmly.

Perform root cause analysis.

Produce high-quality incident write-ups and post-mortems.

Implement preventative improvements to reduce future risks.
Platform & Integration Development

Extend and improve CRM functionality.

Build and maintain payment integrations.

Essential

Strong commercial experience with TypeScript.

Extensive production experience with PostgreSQL.

Experience implementing monitoring, logging and observability solutions.

Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues under pressure.

Experience deploying software safely through testing and release processes.
