MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and manage the internal program, addressing topics such as mental health, nutrition, cultural awareness, sustainability, and more.

Deliver wellbeing guidelines, circulars, and a quarterly digital magazine, featuring articles by global experts.

Oversee content distribution through the internal program, including the creation of a digital library for easy access to resources.

Develop and deliver specialized mental health training for seafarers (mainly remote) and corporate clients (primarily in-person).

Provide customized training solutions based on client needs, covering a range of topics such as:
- Stress and Crisis Management
- Resilience at Sea
- Mental Health Awareness
- Social Isolation, PTSD, and more.

Offer one-on-one mental health support for corporate clients, either in person or virtually

Develop engaging content for newsletters, wellbeing bulletins, and self-care programs aimed at enhancing the wellbeing of seafarers and clients alike.

Collaborate with the team to maintain a positive and friendly work environment.

Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology (or equivalent), eligible for registration with the Psychologist’s Registration Board of Cyprus.

Experience in shipping with a solid understanding of maritime mental health and wellbeing.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and strong interpersonal communication skills.

Fluent in English, both written and verbal, with high standards of personal integrity and self-motivation.
