MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES
  • Oversee the management and maintenance of our clients’ Portal CRM system, ensuring optimal performance across the Admin Area, Client Area, and Website.
  • Configure and update products, services, automation workflows, and billing settings within the CRM to support business operations.
  • Maintain and ensure the accuracy, security, and integrity of customer data within the CRM system.
  • Monitor system performance, identify and troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with the Web Development team to implement updates and improvements.
  • Collaborate with Support, Sales, Web Development, and Customer Care teams to enhance customer interactions and streamline business workflows.
  • Assist in diagnosing and resolving CRM-related client issues, ensuring a seamless user experience and efficient customer support.
  • Customize and optimize CRM modules, order processing workflows, and automation processes to improve operational efficiency.
  • Generate and analyse reports on customer behaviour, sales trends, and business performance to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Ensure seamless integration between the Website and CRM system to enhance user experience and process automation.
CANDIDATE PROFILE 
  • Excellent knowledge of Greek and English (both verbal and written).
  • Proven experience on managing and administering CRM platforms.
  • Strong understanding of web hosting services.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Sound Communication Skills (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to learn and retain information in a fast pace environment.
