Our client a fast‑scaling, data‑centric digital advertising and performance organisation is seeking a Programmatic Media Buyer (RTB) to join their media activation team. This role is ideal for an analytically strong individual who thrives in real‑time bidding environments, enjoys campaign optimisation, and wants to contribute directly to measurable ROI across programmatic channels.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Set up, optimise, and manage RTB and programmatic campaigns across multiple ad networks, utilising a mix of ad formats including banners, native, pre‑roll, push, and pop‑under.

Analyse performance data and apply ongoing campaign optimisation to improve ROI, CPA, and conversion volume.

Execute daily tasks including bidding strategies, pacing, creative rotation, and audience targeting.

Monitor campaign delivery and troubleshoot tracking, viewability, and brand safety issues.

Build and test audience segments, targeting approaches, and creative variations for performance improvement.

Collaborate with designers and internal teams to ensure creative assets support campaign goals.

Prepare performance reports and share insights with the internal team for continual improvement.

Keep up to date with the latest programmatic and ad‑tech trends, platforms, and tools.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

1–3+ years of hands‑on experience in programmatic buying or RTB campaign management.

Experience working with major ad networks and diverse ad formats.

Strong understanding of RTB mechanics, bidding strategies, and audience targeting.

Proven ability to build, optimise, and scale CPM/CPC programmatic campaigns.

Familiarity with pixel implementation, tracking setups, and troubleshooting campaign discrepancies.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic optimisation recommendations.

Understanding of A/B testing and performance analysis.

Knowledge of brand safety, fraud prevention tools, and viewability standards is a plus.

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns concurrently.

Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal); additional languages are advantageous.
