Our client, a well-established Construction Company based in Limassol, GRS Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Project Engineer. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage project timelines, track progress, and address delays or issues affecting project flow.
- Perform quality control to ensure components meet industry standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards, building codes, and environmental considerations, especially for large facade projects.
- Conduct inspections, review shop drawings, and manage documentation efficiently.
- Communicate effectively between project managers, site teams, and other stakeholders.
- Oversee installations, collaborate with subcontractors, and manage material delivery logistics.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably in facade projects.
- Strong skills in project management, including scheduling and risk mitigation.
- Familiarity with safety standards, quality control processes, and facade systems.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
