Our client, a dynamic international organization based in Limassol, is seeking a Russian speaking Project Finance / Analytics Lead to take ownership of end-to-end project economics. This is a strategic finance role, focused on providing actionable insights to support decision-making across commercial, operational, and strategic initiatives.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Own full P&L and unit economics for projects, including pricing, margins, FX, volumes, OPEX, and EBITDA.

Develop and maintain financial models and conduct scenario analysis (base, downside, upside), break even, and scaling economics.

Manage cash flow and working capital, including VAT timing, FX exposure, intercompany flows, and funding requirements.

Provide decision support for commercial and strategic topics, including pricing corridors and margin protection.

Partner with Project Owners, Operations, Tax, Treasury, and Legal to ensure alignment and robust financial governance.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline.

Professional finance certifications (CFA, ACCA, CPA) advantageous.

Proven experience in project finance, corporate finance, or financial analytics roles.

Strong skills in financial modelling, scenario planning, and unit economics analysis.

Deep understanding of cash flow management and working capital control.

Fluent in Russian & English (written and spoken).

Excellent communicator, able to present insights clearly to senior stakeholders.
