GRS Recruitment are working with a growing brand in the Property development space who are searching for a capable and driven Project Manager to strengthen our team and ensure continuity within the department. The successful candidate will oversee construction projects from planning through to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead and manage construction projects across all phases, from initiation to handover.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources, taking corrective actions when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, health & safety standards, and quality requirements.
  • Manage procurement processes, contracts, and negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering collaboration and high performance.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to senior management.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, particularly modern building technologies and sustainable construction practices.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Degree in Engineering (Civil Engineering preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in construction projects within Cyprus.
  • Strong knowledge of the local construction market and regulatory environment.
  • Fluency in both Greek and English (written and spoken).
  • Demonstrated commercial awareness with strong negotiation and decision-making skills.
  • Proven leadership ability with excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Passion for innovation in construction, including modern methods and sustainability.
