GRS Recruitment is working with a well-established international organisation based in Larnaca that is seeking a Property Administrator to join its growing team. This is a customer-focused position and will require working with a UK-based property portfolio. The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for tenants providing a high level of administrative support and ensuring tenancy matters are managed efficiently.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES
- Act as the main point of contact for tenants and prospective tenants via telephone, email and written correspondence
- Coordinate tenant enquiries and provide a high standard of customer service
- Conduct tenant screening and reference checks
- Prepare and administer tenancy agreements and related documentation
- Liaise with tenants regarding rent payments, arrears and tenancy matters
- Maintain accurate electronic records and filing systems
- Prepare correspondence and general documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams, external agencies and legal representatives when required
- Resolve day-to-day tenancy and administrative queries in a professional and timely manner
- Provide general administrative support to the wider team
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Previous administrative experience, ideally within property, real estate or a similar sector
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Proactive, professional and solution-oriented approach
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of the UK property market or previous experience living in the UK will be considered an advantage
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 11:00 – 20:00, to support UK business hours
SALARY AND BENEFITS
- € 16,000 – €20,000 Gross Per Annum
- Salary will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and skills. The advertised salary range is indicative, any offer will reflect the successful candidate’s suitability.
