GRS Recruitment are working with a well-established Real Estate and Development Group in Larnaca who are searching to recruit an Property Manager & Customer Service Officer to join the team in Larnaca. For this role we are looking for a professional individual with at least 1 year of relevant experience. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Prepare, review, and manage legal and administrative documentation
    (sales and rental agreements, declarations, applications, transfers, etc.)
  • Coordinate with lawyers, clients, property owners, the Land Registry, and government authorities
  • Provide regular updates to clients and owners regarding property transactions, rentals, and transfers
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of rental properties, ensuring they are fully functional, well-maintained, and properly equipped
  • Coordinate and conduct property viewings for both rental and sales properties.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance issues and emergencies, coordinating contractors and technical staff for swift resolution
  • Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety issues, and compliance requirements
  • Ensure properties comply with health, safety, and legal regulations
  • Act as the main point of contact for customer service and bookings-related matters, addressing inquiries and resolving issues professionally
  • Support the sales and accounting teams with administrative and operational tasks
  • Maintain accurate records, deadlines, and internal procedures
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Previous experience in real estate, conveyancing, or property management
  • Excellent command of English & Greek
  • Strong team-working skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Excellent time-management and attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
  • Strong customer-focused mindset, professionalism, and reliability
