GRS Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a well-established and expanding international financial services organisation for a PSP Reconciliation & Onboarding Officer to join its growing team in Nicosia. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented professional looking to develop their career within the payments and financial operations sector. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist the Head of Payments with the day-to-day administration of the department.
  • Perform daily reconciliations of bank accounts, Payment Service Provider (PSP) balances, and client balances to ensure accuracy across systems.
  • Gather data from CRM systems, banks, PSPs, liquidity providers, and other sources to prepare reports for reconciliation processes.
  • Produce and maintain daily client journals for posting into the reconciliation system.
  • Investigate and resolve reconciliation discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports relating to client funds, transactions, and balances.
  • Ensure reconciliation procedures comply with internal policies and operational standards.
  • Work closely with internal departments to investigate and resolve financial discrepancies.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with Payment Service Providers and banking partners.
  • Coordinate the onboarding of new PSPs by collecting and reviewing all required documentation.
  • Assist with application processes and the exchange of KYC/KYB documentation with banks and payment providers.
  • Support continuous improvements to payment and reconciliation processes.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • University degree or diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline (or holder of an LCCI qualification).
  • Previous experience in a reconciliation, payments, finance operations, or similar role will be considered a strong advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other business applications.
  • A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of the Forex industry or online trading sector will be considered an advantage.
SALARY AND BENEFITS
  • €19,500 - €26,000 Gross Per Annum
  • Salary will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and skills. The advertised salary range is indicative, any offer will reflect the successful candidate’s suitability.
