The ideal candidate must contain a deep understanding of forex payment flows, operations, and reconciliation. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Managing PSP (Payment Service Provider) applications and acquisitions

Building and maintaining strong PSP relationships

Supporting the Finance team with transaction reconciliation

Optimizing the PSP funnel per geography to maximize conversion and efficiency

Acting as a key operational link between PSPs and internal teams
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Proven experience working with PSPs in the FX or online trading industry

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for optimizing PSP performance per market

Ability to manage multiple PSPs and drive continuous improvement

Organized, proactive, and commercially minded
