On behalf of our client a mechanical and marine engineering company with multiple Cypriot offices, we are currently recruiting for a Purchasing and Logistics Officer for their Limassol Office. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and be fully fluent in both Greek and English. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assistance with tenders and quotations.
  • Assistance with company and client procurement.
  • Assistance with the company logistics and freight forwarding project.
  • Customers Service.
  • Develop new strategies to streamline processes and reduce cost.
  • Ensure that quality, quantity, customer satisfaction, and financial commitments are met.
  • Perform metrics reporting and data analysis tasks to identify issues and opportunities for process improvements.
  • Communicate with manufacturers, suppliers, and customers.
 
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • Computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
  • Good knowledge of English language.
