Our client a legal firm specialising in corporate administration and related governance services are working alongside GRS to recruit a Shipping Administrator in Malta. In this role you will be providing first-line support to lawyers and managers, including opening new matter files, time-recording, billing, and debt collection. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

General assistance in day-to-day work concerning the regulatory, technical and administrative upkeep of clients’ files

Liaising with Transport Malta, Malta Business Registry and other authorities on day to day matters

Handling and replying to queries received from clients

Carrying out AML checks on new clients

Performing general office duties
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Proficient in written and spoken English and Maltese
-
Excellent IT proficiency, particularly in MS Office Applications

Able to work well in a team, as well as individually, without supervision
-
Proactive and take initiative, work well under pressure and demonstrate attention to detail

Very good time-management skills
-
Organised, self-motivated and possess excellent communication skills
