Our reputable construction client, based in Limassol, is seeking a dedicated Purchasing Coordinator. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creation and processing of Orders
- Tracking orders and delivery dates
- Daily correspondence with suppliers and partners
- Data entry into software systems and databases
- Preparation for the product execution process (preparation of all necessary documents)
- Monitoring inventory movement for scheduled / urgent orders
- Market research for identifying products, suppliers, market prices, and improving gross margin
- Market research and collaboration with shipping and transportation companies to achieve the best deal
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Proven experience in purchasing or procurement within the construction industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Good organisational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of procurement processes, policies, and relevant regulations.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems.
SALARY AND BENEFITS
- €17,000 - €23,000 Gross Per Annum.
- Salary will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and skills. The advertised salary range is indicative, any offer will reflect the successful candidate’s suitability.
