The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of manual testing experience. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a team of industry experts. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Engage with diverse teams, including developers, business analysts, scrum masters, designers, and stakeholders, serving as a Manual and/or Automation Tester across various projects like full-stack software development, data & AI, and systems implementation.

Test Planning: Contribute to the development of test plans aligned with project requirements and specifications.

Test Case Design: Create detailed test cases based on functional and non-functional requirements.

Test Execution: Implement test cases to identify defects and ensure functionality aligns with specified requirements. Document defects thoroughly, providing clear steps for reproduction.

Defect Tracking: Utilize defect tracking tools to log, monitor, and manage reported issues.

Documentation: Maintain comprehensive test documentation, encompassing test cases, test plans, and relevant testing artifacts.

Adherence to Testing Standards: Follow established testing processes, methodologies, and standards.

Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of industry best practices, testing tools, and methodologies.

Test Environment Setup: Assist in configuring test environments to replicate real-world scenarios.

Communication: Deliver transparent updates on testing progress, results, and issues to project stakeholders. Provide regular status updates and contribute to testing strategy discussions.

Test Script Development (based on candidate’s experience): Develop and implement automated test scripts using suitable testing frameworks and programming languages (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Cucumber). Integrate automated tests into the continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline for ongoing and automated testing.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

2-3 years of manual testing experience.

Understanding of the software development life cycle.

Ability to independently troubleshoot and devise solutions to technical challenges.

Proficiency in English.
