On behalf of our client a leading pharmaceutical company in Malta GRS are currently recruiting a QC Laboratory Analyst to join their growing team. The selected candidate will ideally have experience within a similar role reporting to the Quality Manager investigating manufactured drug products according to specifications and standards quality. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Analyse raw materials, intermediates, in-process, finished products and stability samples according to established methods and procedures.

Set up specifications, draw and test samples, and generating documentation related to the tests and their reports.

Review of daily calibration of laboratory instruments

Follow and ensure strict safety procedures and safety checks

Use analytical techniques and instrumentation, such as HPLC and GC
-
Gather any documentation and issuing investigation and / or deviation reports in line with current SOPs.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Level 4 diploma (minimum) or diploma in applied science
-
Previous experience within a QC department, ideally within a pharmaceutical company or laboratory.

Ability to communicate in English, both verbal and in written
